Building independence. Creating opportunity. Supporting your future. Launch House is a shared home for young men (ages 18–25) who want to build independence and stability while receiving support and mentorship. This program is about more than housing — it’s about launching your future.

📍 The Home

• 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in West Bloomington

• Fully furnished (you may bring your own furniture if you prefer)

• Private bedroom with locking door

• Shared kitchen and living spaces

• Month-to-month lease

💰 Cost

• Rent: $500 per month

• Security Deposit: $500 (can be paid over first 3 months)

• Utilities: Split evenly (gas, electric, water, internet, trash)

• Garage stall (if available): $50/month

💸 Earn Rent Credits (Lower Your Rent!)

You can earn rent credits by helping take care of the home (yes, really!):

• ✅ Keep your bedroom clean → $50/month credit

• 🧼 Join monthly deep cleaning of the home → $100/month credit

• ❄️ Help with lawn mowing & snow shoveling → $100/month credit

• 🍕 Attend Family Dinners or Hangouts → $50/month credit

👨‍💼 What’s Expected of You

Tenants must:

• Work full-time OR attend school while working at least part-time

• Pay rent and utilities on time

• Help keep the house clean and respectful

• Participate in basic house duties (trash, mail, filters, light bulbs)

• Treat roommates and property with respect
